We have published our Service Status page on you can monitor the Service Up Time.
What is important here is that in order for service to stop working and serving images, all 3 Data Centers need to go down at the same time.
In case of a networking problem on a Single DC traffic will get re-routed to another DC until the Cluster connectivity gets restored.
